I'm moving to Pasadena within the next year and will begin shifting my real estate investment business to the area. I am interested in networking withy local investors. I need help finding locations, lenders, crews for rehab, hard money and investor frindly lenders an attorney etc. I am very active now in Milwaukee but plan to begin buying in Pasadena as soon as I am ready. I would greatly appreciate any support I can get from investors in the area. Todd
