California Market

I am a new investor from California and I'm looking for advice on what cities I should look at to begin my investing? I currently don't have the resources to go out of state so I would like to start in my own backyard. I live in Riverside and my primary goals for right now would be wholesaling, lease options and flips.

Any help?

I would recommend where you live some markets that seem to be picking up near you is Montclair, Rancho Cucamonga. I would recommend going to a local real estate investor meet up to see what other areas near you are heating up.
