Looking for Oakland, CA agent for buying duplex/triplex
Hi everyone I'm new here and I'm not sure what part of the forum is best for posting this question. I'm looking for recommendations for agents who can help me in purchasing a duplex or triplex or even possibly mixed-use building. Could anyone give a personal recommendation? Thanks a lot.

It's less likely that an investor with their ears to the ground would share the name of their favorite local agent. They want those opportunities to go to THEM, not you.
