Recommendations for meetups in LA and surrounding areas?

Hi I am new to BP and real estate investing. Does anybody know some good local meetups in Los Angeles and surrounding areas? I do work 9-5 M-F so night time and weekend meetings are the best!

Paula Wang You can join LA Meetup at Santa Monica, 2nd Saturday of the month I believe. I haven't attended for a while due to schedule constraints. You should talk with Fay Chen . She is into buy and hold also.
