Hello, I'm looking to potentially set up an LLC in an out of state investment property. Does anyone have a referral or someone they can recommend? Thank you.

It depends on how big a structure you are having are you a single member LLC ,will there be other members ? What type of operating arrangement will you have ? I can not give you legal advice but the actual set up of an LLC is inexpensive done thru a states web site. A lawyer would be able to amend your operating agreement after your LLC is formed as your business grows which would save you some fees.
