Who Are Considered TOP HOUSE FLIPPERS in BP Community?

Hi Everyone! I am located in Northern CA and after some serious conversations with a close friend of mine for years, we decided to partner up and start fixing and flipping homes, specifically in the East Bay market. My partner brings expertise in general construction and has done quite a few rehabs as his parents have been active single family RE investors for years. What I bring to the table is a very strong background in sales which I firmly believe can be transitioned into finding off market deals with little to no competition. Our ultimate goal is to "fix and flip" and build capital while slowly allocating that capital towards "buy and hold" apartment buildings.

My question is, being that we are basically brand new to this partnership and fixing and flipping in general, I want to be as proactive as possible and reach out to the TOP HOUSE FLIPPERS in Northern CA or any market for that matter. Basically the top guys that know what they are doing and can add tremendous value to newbies like us.

Any recommendations? Who should I reach out to directly? Thanks a ton, guys!

@Dwight Jones flipping in my market has very tight margains, so it is difficult to make money. I still would do a flip if the numbers worked well. The other thing is flipping is short term quick money with no residual income. I am now focusing on building residual rental income with apartment buildings. flipping the way Brandon Fox mentioned is a smart way to go in my mind. He is flipping in order to generate money to buy rentals - the key is to stick with that plan.
