San Diego skip tracers?

Question

I've been trying to get leads, but currently I only have their names and addresses. I have tried almost all the free online services and there's about a 2% success rate and after reading the reviews of the paid services, they don't look accurate at all either.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a skip tracing service here in San Diego?

Where are you obtaining the addresses? I went driving for dollars and saw a few potential houses but am having trouble determining if they are owner occupied or not. I've been looking on the county tax assessor website.

yeah skip trace is a term investors in my area refer to finding an owner of the property, such as an out of state landlord.

You could totally be using it in the correct context.  I had just only heard it used in relation to bounty hunting, but it would definitely make sense in this context as well.

I have a service that I use to source phone numbers,  but it isn't perfect either. With that said, it definitely does better than a 2% success rate. I would say that it comes back with phone numbers for 30-50% of owners on any given list, with about 80 to 90% of those being accurate.

What exactly do you mean by skip tracing?

My understanding of that term is that it is synonymous with bounty hunting lol, so I'm assuming you are using it differently here.

Are you asking how to find the contact information of a particular owner?
