Loking to buy my first duplex and house hack
Hello everyone i'm a newbie and looking to buy my first duplex and do a house hack. does any one have any duplex in the peninsula area or any nearby surrounding area. my wife and I was pre-approved for 491K. I would appreciate anyone's input or suggestions how to go about this. Thank you all in advance.
