Hey everyone,  I'm looking to take a big first step toward financial freedom a la real estate investing and was ecstatic to find BP. Would very much love to network and meet more like minded folks, but realized there wasn't much in terms of events for San Francisco.  So I'm reaching out to see if anyone is interested in meeting up on a regular basis to talk about all thing Real Estate, and if there is, I would be happy to organize and put something on the event calendar.

A little bit about me...  I started in real estate in earnest about 10 years ago while I was still a W2 employee, but thinking of finally hanging up my hat with a primary focus on real estate investing.

Hi Lawrence - welcome! @Sean Walton and some others have a meet up in San Francisco that is at Hotel Zeppelin I believe monthly. 

Thanks for the tag @Ariel Vincent it's funny @Lawrence Leung I have a post with a very similar title last year because I thought the same thing. It turns out a lot of them are on meetup but not on BP unfortunately. @Bobby Sharma has a good one as does @Ryder Meehan also has one with @Chris V. that is good. 

Ours has so far been less structured just get people together over drinks to discuss real estate and see what happens and how we can help each other

This is awesome to hear, I had the same question.

@David Poulsen   As I learned quickly after posting this in the forum, @Ariel Vincent introduced me to @Sean Walton who organizes with a monthly meetup the 1st Wednesday of each month with @Eduardo Zepeda.

Sean and Eduardo are great hosts and the meetup last week was a lot of fun.  The best thing to do is go onto Meetup (even download the app) and search for real estate investing.
