Looking to network in San Diego

I am looking to network with agents, investors or whomever else in San Diego. I have looked into local REIA meetings and they are costly, more than I am willing to pay for 2 hours (also the only group in San Diego on bigger pockets is in northeast SD) I know other real estate investors near downtown feel the same way. That being said, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in setting up a group and meeting up in a restaurant close to downtown San Diego or in Little Italy. Let me know!
