Looking for CPA tax agent

Hello fellow BP’ers! Happy New Year to all!

I am looking for suggestions on a great CPA that is investor friendly in Orange County, CA area. We currently have a portfolio of SFHS and commercial properties in Orange County, and some out of state. I have a current CPA; but wanted to find other people, as the current CPA is not savvy. I was hoping to find a CPA agent, who knows ins and outs of RE investing, business ownership structures, oversea assets/ investment tax filling, and tax estate planning.

Any guidance or recommendation is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
