Rental Market in Sacrament

Kuang Lee
Posted

Hi, I'm new to Bigger Pockets but love the intelligent feedback here on the forums. I'm looking to purchase an income property in Sacramento at the 150K cost level. (I live in the Bay Area.)  I'm curious if anybody knows about the Sacramento rental market? Would there be any problems finding good renters? I looked at some properties last week in the Rosemont and Natomas areas. Thanks in advance!

At that level your probably going to get into condos... The rental market here is strong but at the lower side you have to realize what kind of tenants you'll deal with
