Sacramento county eviction laws
I am looking for some advice to help my parents. They have no clue and have an attorney that is apparently no help. Beside getting a better attorney, which I plan to address, what resources can I point them to for getting rid of a free loader? The situation is my Grandfather passed away about 4 months ago, and she was a live in girlfriend and still has not vacated the property. My parents are the executors of the estate and are selling the property but can't until she is gone. Looking for any assistance or guidance on how to assist my parents to proceed.
