Can you recommend a good California REI Accountant?

Do you have any recommendations for an EA or CPA who specializes in California REI?

I currently own a duplex (which I am house hacking) and might be getting a triplex by the end of the year. I really need a tax specialist to help me get the most out of my future. 

The sea of options out there is quite large. Could use some help narrowing down my search.
