Looking to invest in Sacramento

Hi Everyone,

I'm from the Bay Area looking to purchase my first investment property in Sacramento to take advantage of the current low interest rates.

Any experts in this area out that can recommend some good neighborhoods to look in? I've been looking into duplexes, but curious to see what everyone's opinions are on SFH and triplex/fourplexes as well.

Also, has there been any impact in the Sacramento market due to Covid-19? Are there any reasons not to buy within the next few months?
