Did you know that Home sales are up 10.5% Since August 2019? And apparently the market hasn't moved this fast since before the "Great Recession" of 2008. I just thought this was interesting, and it got me thinking... "How are you going to corner this market to work in your favor? How do you ensure that you are happy with your portion of that next 10.5 percent?" Alright, what are your favorite PRACTICAL and IMPRACTICAL (or out of the box as we like to call it) ways you make the market bend to your will? GO!
