Please recommend licensed architect for washer & Dryer permit

To experienced investor,

I purchased one condo in Palo Alto, Bayarea. I want to install the washing machine and dryer in the kitchen just as other unit did. The HOA told me I need to get the permit drawing and plan first. Can anyone recommend a licensed architect who can achieve this job for me?
