what are the pros and cons of self-managed HOA
For a 10-12 properties, how hard is it to manage the HOA of it? With technological advancements, I would think home owners should have more power to DIY yourself (from legal to finance). Wondering what resources are out there to manage small group of properties without a HOA property manager?
