Navigating the Denver Market - Hello BP Community
Hello to my amazing BP Community!
I have been silently stalking the forums for some time now, obsessing over the podcasts, and delving into the world of REI. I am a real estate agent in the Highlands Ranch/Denver-Metro area and have been chomping at the bit for quite some time to really dive into investing.
I pride myself on being the type of person that is very calculated (in a good way haha) and strategic with everything I do in the business world.. so investing for me has been a long road. My goal is to have one investment property by this time next year. My primary focus is to do fix and flips early on, as my husband is a contractor and I think that we will find the best revenue stream this way. Within the next 3-5 years I would like to take the cash flow from our fix and flips and invest in a multi family (starting small with 3-6 units until we've really got it all figured it! As if that ever really happens haha). I am eager to learn more about REI and how best to make my investments successful. I am looking to make as many connections as i can through BP. I believe that networking is the key to every successful business and I can't wait to discuss, explore and learn from you all!
