Colorado Build to Rent
We build rental housing new - exclusively - we stopped purchasing distressed properties in 2015. We are also growing and adding markets. We are interested in Colorado and would like to build 3/2 starter homes that our investors can purchase at 6-8 CAP...Does anyone have any ideas where this is possible? Colorado Springs? Any suggestions
