Has anyone had success doing sandwich lease options in the Denver/NoCo area? If so, what advice do you have for finding sellers willing to do a lease option?

@Luke McNary I haven't done any in Denver but hundreds in Michigan.  I am from Colo Springs.  Finding sellers is the same everywhere in the country.  Yes, right now isn't as easy since it is a strong market, but they are still out there.

1)  Try Craigslist homes for rent,

2)  homes on the market over 90 days (yes your market has them also),

3) property managers who might have owners wanting to sell,

4) Real Estate agents

5) Yellow letters

and many other ways.
