Greeley permitting process?

Hey there. I'm looking at a house for a client, and wondering how the permitting process is for Greeley? Bonus points if you know anything about the retro-permitting process. They may be considering a property where the work was not permitted.

I'm in Longmont, and that's a fairly easy permitting process. Boulder is next to impossible. Where does Greeley fall in the permit spectrum?
