New to BP - HELLO community!

Hello everyone, 

A colleague of mine who is a real estate developer in Texas told me about BiggerPockets forum, publications and podcasts. 

Thought I'd introduce myself and see how I can be of service to the community and learn from everyone.

My background is in marketing, but my first job ever I worked at a supermarket. I've since worked my way up from being a cashier, to a banker, to marketer, to a lead generator.  

I am also a frequent traveller, between the New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, Colombia and more.  Happy to talk travel too.
