👋 I would like introduce myself since im new to the forums and site.👋
Hello, my name is Matt, I have been listening to the BP podcast for some time now but decided to take the next step and get involved on the forums. I have the feeling if I plan to become successful in this industry there im going to have to eat, sleep and 💩 real estate/investing information. I would say that im fairly new to the industry while recently becoming a real estate agent in Buffalo, NY. My original intention was to become an agent to move myself closer to my goals of achieving financial flexibility through long term + short term rentals. So I quickly navigated to working with investors looking for investment properties themselves. I have been boots on the ground going after it. There is no better way to learn over just diving right in and going through the motions. Ive worked with and have helped several investors find properties in the greater Buffalo area. I have my first 4 unit coming through the pipeline at the moment. My goal here is to learn + grow, network, exchange information, make deals and friends in the process.
