Long Distance Vacation Rental
My wife and I are looking into our first rental property investment in Marco Island Florida. I'm reading everything I can to get ready. We plan to use Airbnb, and Vrbo to rent it out. We have not found the exact property we want yet, but we are looking into properties that can rent weekly. I'm trying to understand if we will need a property manager, or instead, just a handy man service, and a cleaning service, and we'll manage the property ourselves. Any suggestions would be appreciated:)
