Newbie Here - Gloucester City, NJ
What's up everyone? My names Edward, and I'm a newbie to BP and the forums. I'm 24 years old and currently working a full-time job, living at home and just saving my money to invest in something (like real estate!).
I'm looking to get into real estate in some way, shape or form. At this time, I'm thinking of purchasing a MFH and renting the units out, or trying to flip houses. I don't know what the best plan of action is, and I'm open to all suggestions / tips / help! I'm here to learn the ropes. Thanks for having me and I look forward to being a part of this awesome community!
