Newbie In Delray Beach

Hello Everyone

I'm just starting out in the real estate industry. I have recently formed lease option / wholesaling business. I have been to 2 different guru seminars; I wish i would have saved those resources for my investing needs after finding BP, but at least i'm committed to claiming my future in this industry. I'm hoping to meet South Florida local investors so that i can learn and grow. as well as offer any services for the opportunity to learn. Its funny I have wanted to be an investor since high school I didn't realize all of the little details(Like what it really takes to make your first postcard to find Motivated Sellers ) to starting out but its made me realize that i'm strong and ambitious
