Hi BP community!  Long shot here, but wondering if anyone's investing in Guam.  We own multifamily there, though we are primarily self storage investors.  Anyway, thought it'd be fun to connect!  We will be there for 3 weeks, starting this Thursday.  Cheers! - Cameron
