New member looking to make connections in Michigan
Hello community, I’ve been following forums here for a while, but am just now jumping in and looking to get started in buying and renting single family homes or plexes. I am based in Michigan and looking into some areas just outside of Detroit for investing, as well as working with a turnkey company to get into some other markets throughout the Midwest. I have a good chunk of capital set aside for real estate investment, so while I’m first looking to learn with hands on experience, I’m hoping to quickly expand as well. I’d appreciate any recommendations for realtors in the area knowledgeable in the investment market, as well as property management companies who work in Warren, MI. Anyone else who lives or invests in the area, please say hi as well!
