Hello everyone! I've been stationed in Hawaii since 2019. In July 2020 I purchased my first property using VA loan. 2 unit Condo A unit is 2 bdr 1 bath, B unit is a studio. I lived in A unit for a year while renting B unit. After a year, in July 2021 I purchased another condo in Mililani 2 bdr 1 bath for $385,000. In couples months the house value went up to $460,000. I recently renovated the kitchen and bathroom. In July 2022, I'm Pcsing to Miami. I'm looking to buy a multifamily outside of Miami and house hack!
