Hey BiggerPockets family,

I wanted to introduce myself briefly, which I hope will ultimately lead me to learn more about real estate investing, networking opportunities, investor events, and investment opportunities! 

I am based out of Stockton, CA, and work throughout the San Joaquin and Greater Sacramento areas as a Realtor and mentor to new agents in my office. I have been in the industry for over four years and now starting my real estate investing journey. 

My first goal is to flip a home in California within the next 6-8months using OPM, then begin the BRRRR method to buy and hold rentals. My goals with joining BiggerPockets are buying my first investment property, building and growing a real estate investment portfolio, and becoming an expert in real estate investing! Also, I want to network and connect with like-minded professionals on the same mission to grow and succeed, last but not least to have the luxury of time and be able to spend my time where and how I please and have BiggerPockets!

Lastly, a fun fact about myself is that I am a Marine Corps Veteran who enjoys the daily challenges of being a Real Estate agent.
