Starting REI Journey - Bergen County, NJ - Lets Connect!
Hi Everyone,
I wanted to introduce myself to the community! My wife and I have decided 2022 will be the year we put our all into real estate investing. Last year we were planning on using an FHA to house hack in Elizabeth, NJ but it felt through due to financing issues. This left us a bit discourage, but we're back on the marathon!
Right now we are focused on finding the right market and analyzing deals daily. We are staying in Bergen County, NJ at the moment and are deciding whether to use FHA loan to house hack in our semi expensive neighborhood, look at properties 1-2 hours away or do out of state investing.
