New Member from the Caribbean

Hello all, Brent here, 27 year old fellow from the caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago who always was intrigued on making multiple streams of income and I have been told that real estate is a very good venture. One of the main deterrents for me was the money issue, i thought you needed alot of money to even think about doing anything of this scale...What I want to know is, will these techniques apply to my economy or are they more applicable to America.

I hope me joining this group of intellectuals will help me get over the hurdle of hesitancy and start on my way to a better understanding of real estate.
