New North Carolina Wholesaler
Hello, I'm 28 out of the North Carolina area. I want to start off as a wholesaler to gain experience. I've been on youtube, reading books, Listening to podcast, and doing some practice deals just to get a feel for it all. There are still small details that I am trying to figure out but I get a better understand everyday. I plan on doing my first deal by the beginning of 2022 to get the ball rolling. Any tips you all would have for me would really be appreciated. I would also be glad to meet any investors that are looking for anything in the area.
