New to Property Management

Hey everyone, I am new to the group and also new to rental properties as a whole, I am currently just taking in as much as I can.

I am moving to Gulf Shores, AL in the next month and I want to start slow and become a property manager. I have connections on the beach with cleaning services and contractors in place already that are local and have lived there for years that have connections with owners to help me network a little bit. I also have the VA willing to pay for any training or anything I may need and help me get on my feet running a business. Any advice at all would be appreciated, or if anyone is local that would be willing to chat please let me know. Thanks in advance!!
