Just saying Hi as a newly relocated individual!
Hi everyone! My name is Kyle and I just moved to the Bay Area very recently.
I'm just starting my career as a real instate investor but have some ambitious plans.
I have been lurking on the BP forums for some time now but waited to do an introduction until I moved to SF. I lived in NYC for the past year working in the finance industry but REI is my passion.
My family has been in the construction/contracting business for many years so that is where I have gotten most of my knowledge base. I have a pretty good understanding and know-how on the processes of constructing a house from the ground up as well as remodeling and repairs. Although I am not yet licensed here in CA, I can do most repairs and construction processes myself.
I'm looking to get into flipping properties as well as buy-and-hold properties. I'm also hoping to get my real estate license as well as contractor license by the end of this year.
