OMG..... Just accepted an offer on first place
Hello everyone! I just accepted an offer on my first rental. I am curious about creative ways to buy more properties quickly. I am a super newbie and I have read some about the BRRR method and that seems great, but what else is out there? Can anyone please spare any time at all to help educate me on different options to buy up more rentals quickly without dipping into my personal finances and making my wife incredibly angry!
