how to Analyze a Fire Damage Duplex
Hello Everyone!
Best why to analyze a fire damage duplex? I am a newbie in real estate investment...the property is been sold for $139,000 as is. I was sold in 2015 for $109,000 Damage is extensive; half of the property roof is missing.
Any advice on how to analyze this property and since 90% of the property is damage, should I call a contractor to get a quote entered of me trying to figure out the cost of the rehab.
