Recommendation on Turnkey Real Estate companies
Hey Guys, Happy New Year to you all! I'm a new member, based out of Dallas and I'm looking to invest in out of state real estate. Would you please recommend any good Turnkey companies you have good experience with in the recent past? I came across lot of companies, but have been posted few years ago. I lived in Manhattan before and I own a condo, unfortunately this is yielding negative cash flow. Thanks so much!

@Savitha Subramanya hey Savitha! I’m a relatively newer investor with only acquiring my first 3 properties in 2021, but my first investment was through a turnkey company called Rent to Retirement. They helped me buy a new build in Cape Coral Florida that only required 10% down and was a total of $265k (land and build). Rents are approx $2300/mo and post construction appraisals are coming back at around $340k-$410k depending on lot location. The only downside, time. It takes about a full year from start to finish, but I’m happy to tie up $30k or so for a year for these types of returns. Happy to share my experience or make and intro! Good luck!
