Hi all!

I’m very new to this website although I have been listening to Brandon and David’s podcast for some time. I have some cash saved up and would like to buy a TLC home in a desirable part of Seattle.

-First time home buyer 

-Chemical Engineer 180k/year

-Great credit, income, rental history

I’m looking for a realtor and/or partner that would be able to share some options and/or recommendations in this area, much help is appreciated!
