Hi Bigger Pockets :) 

1. 🌎 I'm Katie, based in Northern Virginia & looking to invest locally. 

2. 💫 My goal is to close on my first property, a duplex. In 5 years, my goal is to earn passive income from 3-5 investment properties, including AirBnBs. 

3. 🤪 My favorite place in the world is Paris.
