Hi im Kent Williams, in the Houston Texas Market ,
I am a General Contractor /Real Estate Investor who is gaining knowledge about Rental real estate investing. The BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Rinse and Repeat) strategy is my choice for building my portfolio. I prefer to Buy and Hold because I want to help supplement my income when I retire. I a proven track record of flipping homes.
