Hello fellow BP comrades!

My name is Ursula Schwarz and I have just joined this amazing online community! I'm originally from Brazil! However I have lived in Los Angeles,CA for the last 10 years

I'm very excited about my new career in Real Estate. I just got my sales person license July 22nd and I have always wanted to invest in Real Estate. For now I plan on working as an agent until I raise enough capital to make my first investment (rental properties, here I come!).

I'm getting married within the next year and am excited about starting a family, which is what prompted me to finally make the leap and come into Real Estate full time.
