Hey everyone! My name is Ricky and I am a recent graduate from UVA. I'm new to Bigger Pockets/RE and have been reading through the UBG to get started. I am currently in Charlottesville/RIchmond,VA and I would love to connect with those in the DMV area to learn more about real estate investing. I hope to acquire my first property this year and make meaningful friends along the way! Any insight or meetup would be super helpful!
