Newbie investor here! Currently house hacking in SW Las Vegas for about a year now. Looking to invest in other properties in the Vegas area. I am still pretty new to Vegas so I was wondering what the best areas in Vegas are to invest in. I am interested in long term or short term rentals. Still not sure whether to BRRRR or buy a turnkey. Thanks for any info

The SW side of town is growing fast and is a part of unincorporated Clark County, which will be approved for short term rentals July 1,2022. For long term rentals, Henderson or Summerlin if budget allows. Happy to help 😀
