General Contractors Scope of Work

I have a project that consist of building an additional floor. I have my MEP guys but I’m going to be the GC. I’m doing the interior framing, flooring, tiling, painting and kitchen and bathroom rehab etc. I need to submit a GC scope of work. Can someone share a sample/example of there’s.
