My name is Tom Melillo & I'm new to the site and somewhat new to flipping (I was in the 2nd hottest RE market in the country during the boom and had 3 immensely profitable buy & holds- but those huge gains are over). I'm licensed in RE in CT, I have a carpentry/handyman background and thus have a very good sense in evaluating properties. My partner and I are about to start our company so we are looking for good advice on asset protections (LLC/SCORP). We already have private money behind us to start a few projects, we have a solid REO source, and a contractor. Primarily we are looking for a flip in CT but interested in SW FL but also would like to get into wholesaling, so any advice on the above would be greatly appreciated and hopefully we'll be able to return the favor
