New Investor in Phoenix

Hello, I am new to Phoenix and new to investing. I am driving around and looking to learn as much as possible about the city and the various markets within. My wife and I are currently looking for our first house hack, and I'm honestly feeling a little overwhelmed. I'm currently reading and enjoying The House Hacking Strategy by Craig Curelop. I would love to meet some new friends in the investing space!
