Beginner RE Investor from NYC
Hi everyone, I am a beginner in real estate investing and have no real estate in my portfolio but I am hoping to close my first deal in 2022. Look forward to learning from all of you guys
1. I am based in NYC and hoping to be able to invest locally here in NYC or surrounding areas like NJ, Upstate NY, Long Island, and Philly.
2. My wife and I are hoping to achieve our first REI goal by getting a house hacking property here in NYC (Manhattan, Queens, or Brooklyn) and then subsequent investment properties in other neighboring states.
3. I am a photographer and enjoy trying out new restaurants every week with the wife :)
