Hi Everyone,
My name is Wilson Bang and I am a Realtor based in Southern California. I have been focused on helping my clients find their homes and investment properties but want to also get into getting investments for myself as well. I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast for the last 6 months and have been addicted! I recently purchased my first Condo in San Pedro (a part of South Bay side of LA County) as a house hack with my wife. I am super new on this journey in Real Estate investing and am looking forward to learning from you all. We are looking into getting into mid-term rentals and fix & flips next, along with most likely house hacking a duplex in the next year or so, preferably in the Los Angeles or Orange County region since that is the market I am most familiar with.
